Zamboka

Ingredients

Anaceada
Sugar 
Water
cordial
food colouring
1 bottle
1 cup
The amount of water is specified in the method
Depends on individual taste (preferably clear cordial)
Depends on colour wanted

Utensils

Saucepan
Measuring Cup
Plastic Bottle
Only needs to hold about 1 1/2 litre
Any cup size, as long as it can roughly measured 1 cup
Any drink bottle is ok, needs to hold at least 1
litre

Method

Empty the anaceada into the plastic bottle, then fill the anaceada bottle with water.  Empty the water into the saucepan and add sugar.  Heat the water until the sugar dissolves DON'T LET THE WATER BOIL.  Poor the sugar water into the plastic bottle.  Add cordial of your choice (I recommend raspberry).  Then add the food coloring to make the zamboka whatever colour you want (something funny that can be done is adding green food colouring to red cordial, sometimes people get really confused).  The last step is to put the plastic bottle into the freezer for at least 3 days, the longer the better)
