Coopers Classic Old Dark Ale Home Brew Tin

Unlike the other recipes this one has it's recipe and all the ingredients in a tin that can be bought at the Coopers home brew page or in selected stores also listed on the Coopers home brew page,  so instead of giving a recipe that comes with the ingredients I'll show step by step pictures.

Step 1
Washing the barrel with boiling water.  This step is reasonably quick.

Step 2
Take the top of the tin, put the yeast somewhere and pour the thick sludge into the barrel

Step 3
Add boiling water.  Pouring some into the tin so all the sludge goes into the barrel.  The tin should end up sparkling clean like this

Step 4
Now add sugar

Lots of sugar (a little more than recommended)

Step 5
Fill the barrel with water, add yeast and seal the top.

Now the beer is in the fermenting stage (where mine is now).  As soon as this stage is finished I'll make pictures of the next series of steps.
