No reviews this week.  There were 3 birthdays this weekend so I got wasted instead of working on the comic/page.

I also have 2 assignments due in a few hours

4th September

SITE CHANGES: I added the keenspace news box, a cycling box with a different keenspace comic each time.  I also added a picture of my latest batch of zamboka to the recipes page.

This weeks movie review was scary movie.  A very funny movie, even better than road trip in some areas although the shower scenes in road trip were better (chicks instead of guys).  I give it a 9/10.

For a change this week I'm reviewing a beer not made by the Coopers Family.  This weeks review will be on VB or Victorian Bitter.  VB is an ok beer that is available everywhere in Australia.  Most people outside Australia think Fosters (review coming up) is what everyone drinks here.  I think that title goes to VB.  Probably because it's usually one of the cheapest.  I give VB 6/10.

This weeks movie was road trip.  An extremely funny movie that I recommend everyone sees.  I give it 8/10.

For anyone who wants to know the petrol (gas) price in Australia has skyrocketed with a tank of petrol going from roughly 70-80 cents per liter to almost $1 per liter (fuck knows what that is in gallons)

My beer review for this week is the Coopers Pale Ale.  The pale ale is lighter in colour than some other beers.  It has a nice taste and is reasonably priced.  I give Coopers Pale Ale a 8/10 (even after American Pie).  More information about Coopers Pale Ale Here.

This week we are continuing with the greeving card idea.  If this is your first week checked the archives for the introduction.

My beer review for this week is the Coopers dark ale.  The dark ale I have been going to try for awhile and last weekend I finally got around to it.  It's a strange tasting beer that I think tastes a little fruity ( tastes like wine).  This taste is strange to begin with but still quite nice.  I give it a 7/10, definitely worth looking for if you want to try something different.  I also recommend it to people who don't usually like the taste of beer.

Goats my favorite comic strip received a Cease and Desist letter a few days ago ordering them to stop selling their Jesus Peanut Butter Cups merchandise so if anyone is in the mood for slandering someone go here Hershey's and let the abuse fly!

Fuck I screwed up.  I kept saying tomorrow, I'll do it tomorrow then tomorrow came and I hadn't registered my Commonwealth Securities and missed out making 11% in 2 days and then later in the week another 22%

I am currently working on making the Mormon series into a movie.  It will be in avi or mpg and go for between 1 and 2 minutes.

x-men didn't suck like I thought it 8would.  Hearing stories about wolverine having strap on claws and being tall were luckily untrue and apart from changing costumes, the few lines bagging the comic and me having to pay full price because I lost my student card somewhere it was a good movie.

I have finished updated the extra stuff page, added the dregs credit card to extra stuff, added 2 winamp skins, added a FAQ, added a past news section, added another smaller button, changed the index on the left and fixed that ugly pink colour that was the border in Netscape Navigator (haven't been using navigator for awhile because it crashed a few weeks ago and refused to start again, so I didn't know it looked like that)

26th8 June

This week the dregs trio went out and interviewed Bardot or channel 7's popstars.  Hopefully they will find out and I'll get a chance to hit on Sophie (the blond one).

I finished my exams Friday afternoon and went out to celebrate with the rest of the dregs team at a local sports club's gentleman's evening and I was lucky enough to not just watch but participate in the show!!  I am definitely going again next year!!

I had my first exam last Saturday and my next 2 are this Thursday and Friday.  Expect big changes here starting next Sunday with lots of new things to play with and look at.

We're now on big panda.  You can go to comics that come to us above or hundreds of others through the big panda link to the lower left.  This weeks comic is about an Australian movie coming out soon called Muggers.  This weeks movies I recommend are Romeo Must Die and Mission Impossible 2.

We are now selling mugs, mouse pads and t-shirts, with our t-shirts a whole dollar cheaper than any other comic.  You can go shopping for your new mug, mouse pad and t-shirt HERE.  I went to the cinema this week and watched 'Pitch Black' which was a good movie that I give 2 thumbs up.  For those of you that have seen the movie move, I'm going to get myself a set of those see in the dark eyes.

There are no extra things added to the page and there won't be for a few weeks (until uni holidays start), but as soon as they do I will add several more recipes, extra detail to the character bios, put some movie reviews in on and maybe even finish the Windows theme I started last holidays.
